For your convenience, Dr. Arnold's offices have two locations as shown in the maps below: one on the Northwest side of Chicago, and the other in the northern suburb of Northbrook. You can call either office, and our staff will be happy to make you an appointment.

Our current office hours are:

Monday, 8:30 - 5:30 - Northbrook;

Tuesday, 8:30 - 5:30 - Chicago

Thursday, 8:30 - 5:30 - Northbrook;

Friday, 8:30 - 12:00 - Chicago;

Saturday, 8:30 - 12:30, Chicago and Northbrook (alternating)
